These terms cover projektstudio.dev and Audit. Projekt Studio CRM has its own terms at projektstudio.dev/realestate/terms.
Studio work and Audit
Client projects are governed by the agreement for each project. Audit reports are an informed opinion about the code you gave us access to at the time, not a guarantee that it is secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or Audit for anything unlawful, to scan addresses that are not yours to test, or to interfere with how they run.
No warranty, and limits
The site and Audit are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Projekt Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. They are governed by the laws of Texas. Questions go to dev.projektstudio@gmail.com.
