Projekt Studio CRM

A CRM for real estate brokerages.

Projekt Studio CRM is the software a brokerage runs on: its leads, its deals from contract to closing, its contacts, its calendar and the revenue share between its agents, in one app on the phone and the desktop. Each brokerage gets its own, on its own domain, and its owner and agents sign in with their Google accounts. Projekt Studio approves each brokerage before it opens.

01

Leads and follow-up

Every lead in one queue, with the ones nobody has called this week at the top.

02

The pipeline

Deals from first showing to closing, with the checklist of documents each one needs.

03

The calendar

Showings, inspections and closings, beside the agent's own Google Calendar.

04

The team

Who is carrying what, who closed what, and each agent's share of the revenue.

Getting on

How a brokerage gets on.

Every brokerage is approved by Projekt Studio before its CRM opens, so the people in it are the people who should be.

  2. 02They tell us about the brokerageIts legal name, broker license, office, and how many agents are joining.
  3. 03Projekt Studio approves itThe CRM opens for the owner, and their agents join by signing in with Google.

Everyone who can sign in is a seat, the owner included. Nothing is charged before the brokerage is approved.

What it does with a Google account

Signing in with Google gives the CRM your name, email address and profile photo, which is how it knows you belong to your brokerage. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, it reads the events on your calendar so they show beside your appointments, and adds and moves the appointments you make in the CRM so they appear in both places. It uses that data only for you, in the CRM. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time.
